Refund policy

At YBasics, we believe in "Elevating everyBody." If you aren't 100% satisfied with the fit or feel, we are always here to help!

At the Time of Delivery: You may open your package and verify your order while the courier is present. If you are not satisfied, you may refuse the order on the spot, in which case only the shipping fees will be payable.

After Delivery: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, makeup marks, or perfume scents will be ineligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Note: Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
